Congregation Ahavath Chesed (The Temple) encourages, through worship, study and personal Jewish expression, a sense of connectedness with God, Israel and the Jewish people, its history and culture; the application of Torah as a guide for daily living; and dedication to social justice.
About Us

The Wurn Family Library has over 15,000 books which include over 750 volumes of fiction, 400 biographies and 4000 children's books.
Judaica Treasures, our gift shop run by Sisterhood, has a wonderful selection of gifts and Judaica items.
The Temple Institute of Religion (TIR), the Temple's religious school, has many activities for children besides being a complete religious school. We have a junior choir, HaKolot, which participates in our Family services as well as on special occasions.
There are also youth groups for children of all ages starting with first grade and going up to JAFTY, the senior youth group.
